ScreedPro Concrete - coming 2026
Arriving in 2026 will be one of the most significant developments in ScreedPro's history.

In collaboration with ScreedPro's exclusive technology partner Bremat, ScreedPro will be introducing to the Australian market in 2026 the world's first all-in-one concrete mixing and pumping truck.

ScreedPro's fleet of concrete batching and pumping trucks will fundamentally disrupt a significant segment of the Australian concrete industry, particularly the mid and mini mix, regional and mining markets.

Australia's $6.8 billion concrete industry, consumes approximately 29 million cubic meters of concrete per year and is serviced by approximately 1,000 concrete plants (Heidelberg, Boral, Holcim & ADBRI alone have over 615) and over 7,000 concrete agitators.

The mini and mid mix sub-sector of this market is in itself a $1 billion industry consuming approximately 4 million cubic meters of concrete annually and is served by over 150 small and mid sized concrete companies running in excess of 1,000 mini concrete agitators.

Every single one of these agitator trucks is range bound (about 90 minutes maximum) to its concrete plant and has to manage issues of shortfalls or wastage (and disposal) when quantities aren't exact (which they never are) and the concrete needing to be handled manually in wheelbarrows as separate pump hire is rarely economical for small loads.

ScreedPro however overcomes all of these issues. The same as our screed truck fleet, the concrete is batched on site just prior to placement so it is fresh and the truck has no range limitations as the ingredients are held in the truck is separate compartments prior to mixing on site. Pumping is included in the service as the pump and mixer are integrated. There is no wastage or shortage as only the quantities required are mixed.

The implications for the mid sized market, regions, mine sites and all across Australia from residential to commercial and renovation to remedial as significant. ScreedPro anticipates that it will roll out a fleet of up to 100 concrete pump trucks Australia wide over the next 10 years.
