Fully electric pump trucks - coming 2027

ScreedPro's exclusive technology partner Bremat, has successfully commercialized its first fully electric pump trucks.

With planning already under to incorporate these units into our fleet,

Bremat’s new full electric 185 kWh pump truck is intended to form a significant part of the future of the ScreedPro fleet.

ScreedPro estimates that each Bremat pump trailer in a typical year during its mixing and pumping operations on site (not driving to/from site) costs approximately $27,000 in diesel and generates 44 tonnes of CO2.

As well as being virtually silent in operation, the new I-Mix units have sufficient charge for a typical day’s worth of mixing and pumping.  However, if they connect to power (either 240V of 3 phase) on site, they can operate continuously and leave site fully charged.

As virtually all construction sites provide power to trades and suppliers on site, the optimal operational strategy is actually to plug in at every site.  This way, the unit leaves site with a full charge and arrives at the next site with a full charge and uses the site power, just as our diesel units use the site water.
